On Saturday, July 4th, the Aspra seafront—specifically Piano Stenditore—will host “Sì viaggiare… con il volo della rondine” (Yes, to travel… with the flight of the swallow), a tribute concert by the group PASSIONIKA dedicated to Lucio Battisti and Pino Mango.
The event, starting at 9:30 PM, is part of the “Estate ad Aspra 2026” (Summer in Aspra 2026) program—a series of cultural events sponsored by the Metropolitan City of Palermo and the City of Bagheria designed to bring music, culture, and entertainment to this seaside village throughout the summer. PASSIONIKA will take the stage to perform the most beloved hits of both artists, ranging from Battisti’s intimate, groundbreaking atmosphere to Mango’s powerful, soulful melodies. It is a journey through the lyrics and music that shaped the history of Italian pop, featuring arrangements crafted to complement the unique setting of the Aspra seaside at sunset—a truly natural stage.
Admission is free, as it is for all major events in the “Estate ad Aspra 2026” series, with the aim of inviting both residents and tourists to experience the life of this seaside village.
