Dear navigator, the Municipality of Bagheria, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, protocol@comunebagheria.telecompost.it, as data controller, in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 and Directive 2002/58/EC relating to privacy and electronic communications, wishes to inform you on the processing of your personal data when you consult the website managed by the Municipality of Bagheria at the following address: https:/ /www.bagheriaexperience.it/.
This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible via hypertext links that may be published on websites but referring to resources external to the domain.

Data, purpose and legal basis of the processing
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of checking the correct functioning of the services offered. The navigation data does not persist for more than seven days (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authorities).

The type of personal information we collect depends on the relationship you have with us and on the Services we offer you and are identification and contact information. To this end, we may collect personal information about you when you request support using the “contact” form “DIVI” provided by Elegant Themes.
The main purpose of data collection is to improve the usability of our site and to respond to your requests for services as well as check the correct functioning of the services offered.
The provision of data is necessary, therefore, failure to communicate the data will make it impossible for the Municipality of Bagheria to manage the request for support.
The legal basis of the processing is represented by the execution of its tasks in the public interest or in any case connected to the exercise of its public powers and by a legal obligation to which the Municipality of Bagheria is subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter e) c) and for particular data, possibly contained in the message, for reasons of significant public interest on the basis of Union or Member State law (Article 9, paragraph 2, letter g). Specific information will be published on the pages of the Municipality of Bagheria sites set up for the provision of certain services or for participation in specific initiatives.
Location-based interactions
Non-continuous geolocation services for the collection, use and sharing of data relating to the User’s geographical position, used in order to provide services based on the position itself. Most browsers and devices provide tools to deny geographic tracking by default. If the User has expressly authorized this possibility, the services may receive information on its actual geographical position, however for these specific services the User’s geographical location occurs in a non-continuous manner, following a specific request from the User or when the User allows the location of the place where it is located and allows the automatic detection of this position. Cookies and tracking systems
Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used but only technical cookies are used, which allow the correct functioning of some sections of the Site. They can be of two types:

- or session: they are removed every time the browser is closed.

The data collected is processed in compliance with the security obligations prescribed by current legislation to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data is stored on servers located in Italy. Your personal information will be processed to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations and for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the information is collected, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable data protection laws data. When we no longer need your personal information, we will take all reasonable steps to either remove it from our systems and records or take steps to properly anonymize it so that you can no longer be identified from it. Data security is a mandatory priority, suitable technical-organizational security measures are implemented for all processing processes.
Data Recipients
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data processors are hereinafter: Ediguida Srl, for the development of the website; hosting, Aruba SpA. The personal data collected is also processed by the personnel of the Municipality of Bagheria, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided in relation to the purposes and methods of the processing itself.
Exercise of rights
At any time you can exercise your rights towards the Data Controller, protocol@comunebagheria.telecompost.it, (right to ask the data controller to access your personal data and correct or cancel them or limit the processing that concern him or to oppose their treatment) specifically provided for by Chapter III of the European Regulation 2016/679. If you notice a violation of your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority – Privacy Guarantor, pursuant to art. 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
