Bagheria prepares for

“Play, Relief, and Inclusion Day”:

Here is the complete program and event locations.

Sunday, May 24, 2026

On Sunday, May 24, 2026, the streets, squares, and hamlets of Bagheria will be filled with color, smiles, and sharing. Everything is ready for the “Day of Play and Inclusion,” an initiative that emphasizes the right to fun, sports, and accessibility for all citizens, starting with the youngest.
The event is promoted by the Department of Public Education, led by Antonella Insinga, in close collaboration with the Department of Social Policies, headed by Emanuele Tornatore. The contribution of City Councilor Giusy Chiello and Nunzio Gagliano, the creator and organizer of the Bagheria day, was crucial to the project’s development. The event also sees the active and collaborative involvement of numerous city associations, the true driving force of the local social fabric, to whom the city administration extends its thanks. The goal of the day is to demonstrate that play is a universal language, capable of breaking down any physical, social, or cultural barrier. The event will unfold as a veritable map of widespread fun.
