“ArtiGusto” at Villa Aragona Cutò:

Bagheria celebrates its cultural identity

From May 29 and 30, 2026

The event, sponsored by the Bagheria municipal administration, is dedicated to two symbols of Sicilian tradition: the cart and the lemon of the Bagheria plain.
The event will take place on May 29 and 30, 2026, at Villa Aragona Cutò, on the lower floors and in the outdoor spaces of the historic residence.
ArtiGusto was created with the aim of promoting the local artisanal and agri-food heritage, creating a bridge between memory, innovation, and territorial development.
The program includes exhibitions of Sicilian carts, historical reenactments, artistic workshops, and talks dedicated to the history of the cart and the quality certifications of the Bagheria plain lemon. Ample space will be dedicated to the Bagheria lemon and its gastronomic transformations, with cooking shows, guided tastings, masterclasses, and a Food Village dedicated to local specialties. There will also be photography exhibitions, traditional carters’ songs, educational tours for the specialized press, and entertainment.
ArtiGusto aims to be an immersive experience that explores the region through culture, art, flavors, and traditions, promoting Bagheria and its plain as a center of Sicilian heritage excellence.
