At Villa Cutò: the photographic exhibition “Artistic Crafts of Bagheria” by Carlo Giammarresi
Open to the public from October 31 to November 8, 2026
The photographic exhibition titled “Maestranze Artistiche Bagheresi” (Artistic Craftsmanship in Bagheria), by photographer Carlo Giammarresi, will open on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 5:30 PM at Villa Aragona Cutò. The exhibition, which will be open to the public from October 31 to November 8, 2026, aims to showcase—through the sensitivity and lens of Carlo Giammarresi—the dedication, craftsmanship, and passion of the artists who enrich the cultural landscape of Bagheria. Through these photographs, visitors will be able to connect directly with the artists as they work in their studios and creative spaces. Among those featured are local masters and artists such as Stefano Balistreri, Sara Granà, and Giovanni Varisco, captured in the very act of artistic creation alongside their own sculptures and paintings. The Mayor of Bagheria, Filippo Maria Tripoli, will be present at the opening to deliver official remarks. The exhibition is held under the patronage of the Municipality of Bagheria and has been organized with the support of the Pro Loco association “Genius Loci” and the collaboration of city councilor Francesco Gurrado.
