On September 19, 2026, the Bagheria municipal stadium will host the 1st San Giuseppe Trophy, a day dedicated to sport, inclusion, and entertainment. Organized by the “Fonte della Giovinezza” Association (APS) with the patronage of the Municipality of Bagheria, the initiative aims to showcase the new municipal stadium and foster a sense of community. The schedule features a three-team amateur 11-a-side football tournament, with matches lasting 50 minutes each. The program also includes activities dedicated to inclusion and the arts.
The day opens at 4:45 PM with a performance by the Barrio Latino dance school, featuring Paralympic dance routines focused on sports and social inclusion. The event will continue with musical performances and an entertainment show featuring a Sicilian comedian.
The program: 4:45 PM – Doors open: welcoming the audience. 5:00 PM – Grand opening: opening performance by the Barrio Latino ASD dance school from Palermo. Followed by – Football tournament: kick-off. Halftime – Cabaret show: entertainment by Sicilian comedians. End of event – ​​Grand finale: closing show and awards ceremony. The Barrio Latino dance school and the Vesta Bagheria Civil Protection Unit are collaborating on the event.
