The program for the “Easter Holidays 2026 – 2nd Edition” has been

approved in Bagheria and Aspra

From April 4 to 7, 2026

The Bagheria Municipal Administration approved, with Council Resolution No. 95 of April 2, 2026, the program of events for the Easter holidays, called “Easter Holidays 2026 – 2nd Edition.”
The program of events will take place between April 4 and 7, 2026, involving both the city center and the seaside hamlet of Aspra. The cultural and recreational offerings include moments dedicated to families, solidarity, and sacred music.
On Saturday, April 4th: the morning will be dedicated to children on Bagheria’s main street with the “The Magic of Easter” entertainment program, which includes an egg hunt and the juggling performance “In valigia” by Monsieur Barnaba. In the afternoon, the solidarity initiative “Magical Easter – An Egg for a Smile” will be held at the local family home, followed by the street performance “Con-Tatto” by Fabrizio Campo.
On Sunday, April 5th, Easter Sunday will feature drummers performing along the streets of the city center and in Aspra. Two religious music concerts are scheduled for the afternoon: at 5:00 PM at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and at 8:00 PM at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
On Tuesday, April 7th, the activities will conclude with the Majorettes and Drummers parade in the morning and the juggling show “In Bilico” by Salvo Lo Gelfo in the afternoon.
The initiative is partially supported by a financial contribution from the Metropolitan City of Palermo, following the Municipality’s participation in a special public call for events of supra-municipal interest.

“With this program, we intended to integrate religious celebrations with moments of social gathering and recreational activities,” says Antonella Insinga, Councilor for Entertainment. “The goal is to enhance local traditions and offer concrete support for the promotion of the area and its social activities during the Easter period.”
