The Osteria “Al Tempio dei Sapori” is located at Via del Cavaliere No. 115, in the central area of Bagheria, 500 meters from Villa Palagonia.
At the Osteria “Al Tempio dei Sapori” the innkeeper, chef Stefano, thanks to his experience, kindness and friendliness welcomes his guests in a family environment, putting them at ease and making them feel at home. Here you can enjoy traditional Sicilian and Bagherese dishes made with fresh local and seasonal products. The osteria’s emblematic dishes are “Spaghetti allo Sfincione Bagherese,” fresh tagliatelle with “ri pittinicchi” sauce (pork rind, pork tips and sausage sauce), brociolone al sugo, pasta with glaze, eggplant caponata, meat rolls, potato stew, eggplant rolls, cheeses and cold cuts made from Nebrodi black pig and much more. You can also taste traditional Italian osteria dishes such as the very tasty potato and provolone pasta and other traditional dishes.
The offer includes a la carte menu, tasting menu and apericena.
